We have been a part of Club Florida
Volleyball for the past two years.
We have watched our daughter grow and
improve her volleyball skills. Club Florida has been a good experience
for us and our daughter Kirsten. The training and coaching she received
this year under Dean and Marci Barboza and the Gold Medal Square program
not only helped to improve Kirsten's fundamentals, skills and
understanding of the game but, also taught her how to be a team player
and exhibit good sportsmanship. Dean and Marci are not only great
coaches but great role models for the players. With continued good
coaching, guidance and hard work Kirsten can reach the goals she has set
for herself.

Volleyball for making it possible for our daughter Tosin Elebute to reach the
goals that she set for herself. She has received a full scholarship to Middle
Tennessee State University and has begun a new chapter in her life.

in our state and helped give her recognition around the country.

PHILOSOPHY
Our purpose is to train athletes and help them to enhance their overall
volleyball performance. We focus on skill development and basic
understanding of team concepts. At Club Florida Volleyball
every decision we make is made for the best interest of the player. We
employ experienced high school and college coaches that have the will
and ability to make the athlete a better player on and off the court.
USA Volleyball
channels their teachings to our coaching staff about the latest
techniques. We start by teaching our beginning athletes the basic
fundamentals to build a solid foundation for future success. The
intensity of the club process is heightened as athletes continue through
our program. Before the club season begins, we discuss team and
individual goals for each participant.
Our program goals are to also promote competitiveness, teamwork, and
sportsmanship. Our club develops self-discipline, dedication, confidence
and leadership skills that transcend athletics into every aspect of a
member's life.
